This needs a higher review! It has helped sooo much with my migraines and is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It stays cool but you do have the option to heat it or put it in the fridge. It’s extremely comfortable, not too loose and not too tight. Absolutely love this. I bought a second as a back up.
